Our Location
Energy Trust provides for a range of work location options, including remote, hybrid and in-office work. This position will represent Energy Trust in public settings and potentially at community events. We are open to candidates who live throughout Oregon and Washington. The Equity Initiatives Manager would be expected to report to the office on a quarterly basis, at minimum.
What We’re Looking For:The Equity Initiatives Manager will work within Energy Trust’s Renewable Energy Sector to build and deepen relationships with community-based organizations and manage a portfolio of related program initiatives and offerings. This position will collaborate closely with external stakeholders and internal Energy Trust teams to develop priorities for solar and storage program work with community-based organizations. The Equity Initiatives Manager will help the organization prepare for and implement components of a federal Solar for All funding award.
The Equity Initiatives Manager will implement new offerings and enhancements through effective project management, applying an organizational equity lens to improve program outcomes. This position will represent program offerings in public, keep accurate records within organizational business systems and manage contracts with related annual budgets of up to $2.0 million with oversight from the Sr. Program Manager. This position will have authority to set and overrule program guidelines, as needed, to ensure positive customer and trade ally experiences and manage stakeholder relationships
