About Us:

As an Event Coordinator at FreshFormDraft, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, product launches, and company functions. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure that all events are executed seamlessly and within budget. 

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to determine event objectives and requirements
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources
• Source and negotiate contracts with venues, vendors, and suppliers
• Coordinate event logistics, including catering, transportation, audiovisual needs, and accommodation
• Create and distribute event invitations, manage RSVPs, and handle registration processes
• Oversee event setup, including layout design, signage, and equipment setup
• Coordinate on-site personnel, including volunteers and staff, to ensure smooth execution of events
• Conduct post-event evaluations to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality, business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an event coordinator or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required.
• Experience with event management software is an advantage.
