Salary: $3,900 to $4,600 per month

Important Notice: This is a full-time, on-site position located in our New York, NY office. It is not a remote role.

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Event Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events that promote Think Tell Junction's mission and brand. You will work closely with various teams to ensure the seamless execution of events, from concept to completion, while maintaining our high standards of quality and communication.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute company events such as conferences, product launches, workshops, and networking events.
• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, and scheduling.
• Work closely with the marketing and communications teams to ensure that event messaging aligns with the company’s goals and brand.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth event operations, including staffing and technology needs.
• Monitor event budgets and manage expenses to ensure projects stay within financial guidelines.
• Manage event registrations, guest lists, and attendee communications.
• Oversee on-site event set-up, execution, and tear-down to ensure a successful experience.
• Provide post-event reports and feedback to help improve future events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an event coordinator or in a similar role.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage timelines and budgets effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle last-minute changes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
• Availability to work on-site full-time in New York, NY and flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
