About the Role: As an Events Assistant at Style Netbox, you will assist in all aspects of event planning, from brainstorming to execution. This role is perfect for someone who loves working in a fast-paced, creative environment and is ready to contribute to exciting projects. Responsibilities:

• Assist with event planning, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and scheduling.
• Support in the development of event concepts and timelines.
• Coordinate logistics, including transportation, equipment, and catering.
• Manage on-site event setup and breakdown, ensuring smooth execution.
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Provide administrative support, such as preparing event materials and tracking budgets.
• Troubleshoot issues during events to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Previous experience in event coordination or a similar role is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software is an advantage.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
