Since our launch in 2023, the Conduit platform has experienced substantial growth, powering the largest chains in production, including Proof of Play, Zora, and Aevo, along with over 200 chains across mainnet and testnet and more than $1 billion in total value locked (TVL). Based in San Francisco with team members worldwide, we are on the lookout for ambitious, skilled builders eager to help scale Ethereum and democratize crypto compute. About the Role As part of Conduit's backend team, you will be essential in architecting, building, and scaling the next generation of Ethereum services. This position offers a unique chance to create scalable, distributed Ethereum-based solutions that will make a significant impact. Key responsibilities include:

• Designing, architecting, and developing EVM Node solutions that drive the Conduit Platform.
• Delivering robust, scalable software solutions within a devops environment.
• Enhancing tools and processes to boost reliability and maintainability.
• Participating in the on-call rotation to ensure continuous service availability.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of the EVM and blockchain node operations.
• Hands-on experience with Ethereum internals, including EVM, debuggers, block explorers, and tracers.
• Familiarity with developer tooling patterns for EVM networks.
• A track record of designing, implementing, and managing production-grade services.
• Proven ability to debug complex issues across various layers, such as network problems, performance issues, or memory leaks.
• A collaborative spirit, ready to work with other engineers to tackle challenging technical problems, including mentoring and participating in peer/design reviews.
