The Worldwide Amazon Stores organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support the Vice President of the AMZL NA Operations team in Nashville, TN.

AMZL (Amazon Logistics) NA Operations team receives packages from upstream Amazon facilities, including Fulfillment, Air and Sort Centers, then manages the last mile delivery execution to the customer’s home/business. This business operates 24x7 and spans the entire continental US and Canada through hundreds of unique locations. On a daily basis, our team strives to iterate and redefine the definition of world class in the speed and quality we deliver to our customers all while providing the best possible employee experience.

This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
