Job Description As Executive Assistant at Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG), you will provide high-level administrative support to three FBG executives, the Chief Trading Officer, the Chief Operating Officer and the Chief Revenue Officer. This position will provide critical support creating meeting collateral including decks, project management support, and be involved in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Based out of the Denver, Colorado office, this role will play an integral role on the overall FBG team. This role requires a resourceful and proactive individual, who thrives in a fast paced innovative environment.
Responsibilities - Coordinate heavy scheduling and calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to the executives
- Manage and coordinate travel and travel-related activities, including expense reports
- Act as an extension of your supported leaders and an active voice informing, preparing and aligning the organization
- Act as the point of contact among internal and external stakeholders
- Provide high-level administrative support and assistance and support to senior staff members as needed
- Schedule meetings on behalf of executives, with internal stakeholders and external vendors and partners
- Perform other tasks as needed such as assisting with department wide initiatives and events
- Perform administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff
- Must be open to occasional travel to Fanatics Betting & Gaming offices and other locations for conferences, events, meetings, and team-building activities
Qualifications - 4+ years supporting executives in an administrative role
- This role will be based out of the Denver, Colorado office
- Should be well-organized, have great time management skills and have ability to multi-task within a dynamic, start-up culture
- Can maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Thrives in an entrepreneurial, hyper growth environment where priorities evolve regularly and decisions are made quickly
- Team-first mentality, with a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done and a desire to strive for better

The base salary range for this role is $77,000 per year - $111,000 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for the Fanatics Betting and Gaming annual bonus program and an equity award.
