Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized bilingual (English & Chinese) Personal & Executive Assistant to support the CEO with professional and personal tasks. This role requires discretion, flexibility, and travel approximately 25% of the time .
Key Responsibilities:
Manage CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel
Handle correspondence, documents, and communications in English and Chinese
Assist with personal and lifestyle tasks as needed
Accompany CEO on occasional domestic and international trips
Qualifications:
Fluent in English and Chinese
Experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
College graduated preferred
Flexible and able to travel as needed
