Executive Assistant — Asher Auto Group (Dallas, TX)

We are building a 100 million dollar operation in the next 10 years. Fresh out of college or 10 years of experience we do not care, we want someone willing to step out and grow. Our owners started this company in 2019 at the age of 24 and has grow it to multiple locations in 6 years with a plan to reach 10 million in revenue by 2026.

Asher Auto Group is an expanding, family-owned automotive repair organization based in Dallas, TX, operating industry-leading brands like  Asher Auto Care and  DTX Automotive . We’re seeking an organized, proactive  Executive Assistant to work directly with our  Owner and COO to help manage day-to-day operations across multiple businesses. If you are looking for a family owned, non corporate drama company then we are for you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide daily administrative support to the Owner and COO
2. Manage schedules, calls, emails, and correspondence
3. Strong with Social Media and Creativity
4. Handle vendor relations, onboarding, and renewals
5. Oversee basic financial and operational tasks including bill payments, expense tracking, and reconciliations (for both business and personal accounts)
6. Coordinate meetings, projects, and travel arrangements
7. Maintain digital filing systems and documentation
8. Assist with onboarding new employees and coordinating company events
9. Support strategic projects and special initiatives as needed

10. Qualifications

11. Experience in an executive assistant, operations, or administrative role
12. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and follow-through
13. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
14. Proficiency with Google Workspace, QuickBooks, or similar tools
15. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
16. Interest in small business operations or the automotive industry is a plus
17. Must be willing to think outside the box and be a fast learner, and want to grow and level up.

    Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (in-office role) some work from home
    Compensation: Based on experience; Range from $52,000-$62,000
