Star Staffing is seeking experienced Stand-Up  High Reach Forklift Operators  for a stable and growing distribution center in the Central Valley! 

This position will provide you the opportunity to work with a team that values safety and family culture!

Shifts Available: Saturday & Sunday (Must work both days) 

Day 6am-2:30pm $20.50hr
Swing 2pm-10:30pm $21.10

 

• Must have a minimum 2 years RECENT on the job High Reach experience where you operated the lift 80% of your shift
• Must have HS Diploma or equivalent
• Must have a valid Drivers License and clean driving record
• Must be able to submit to a pre employment background check and drug test

Job Responsibilities:

1. Complete daily safety checks on equipment and report defects to management or maintenance.
2. Operate equipment safely while using required protective gear.
3. Meet productivity standards on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
4. Transport freight from the dock to storage or shipment areas, tracking productivity with the Daily Activity Log.
5. Replenish modules with undamaged freight and use technology to ensure inventory accuracy.
6. Use RF Scanner
7. Assist with workflow by removing empty pallets and maintaining housekeeping and safety standards.
8. Ensure all staged freight is correctly placed in its assigned slot.
9. Report discrepancies in merchandise location, overflow, or missing information to maintain inventory accuracy.
10. Scan pallet licenses to ensure proper placement in the correct slot.
11. Notify management of damaged racks, pallets, freight, or spills.
12. Follow safety guidelines to ensure personal and team safety.
13. Maintain a clean and organized work area, promoting a safe environment.
14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
15. Perform additional tasks as assigned.
