Schlossmann's Subaru City is looking for a Groundskeeper! The Dealership Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of the dealership’s exterior grounds and surrounding areas. This includes landscaping, general maintenance, snow/ice removal (seasonal), and ensuring the dealership lot is clean and organized to create a welcoming environment for customers. Job Expectations * Maintain the cleanliness of parking lots, walkways, and display areas * Trim shrubs, pull weeds, and perform other landscaping duties * Sweep, blow, and pressure wash exterior surfaces regularly * Clear snow and ice from sidewalks and lot during winter months * Ensure all trash and debris are removed from the grounds and trash bins are emptied * Maintain outdoor signage, flags, and banners * Perform basic repairs to fences, curbs, or outdoor fixtures as needed * Notify management of any safety hazards or maintenance issues * Support general facility upkeep, including cleaning windows and exterior walls Job Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent preferred * Previous groundskeeping or landscaping experience is a plus * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record * Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions * Strong attention to detail and time management skills * Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift up to 50 lbs * Pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screen APPLY ONLINE or IN PERSON 2JasonO@schlossmannauto.com OR 3Kylev@schlossmannauto.com Phone(414)459-3679 Schlossmann Subaru City 4640 S. 27th St., Milwaukee, WI 53221 Schlossmann Automotive Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer
