Overview

Head of Client Services & Relationship Management

Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Phillip Capital Inc., located in Chicago, is dually registered with the SEC/FINRA as a self-clearing broker dealer and the CFTC as a registered Futures Commission Merchant (FCM) serving professional traders and institutions with customized clearing, custody and global market access solutions.

Base pay range
$110,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the senior relationship lead for top institutional clients (introducing brokers, commercial hedgers, asset managers, RIAs, trading firms, fintechs).
  • Develop and execute client success strategies to strengthen partnerships and drive growth.
  • Lead and mentor the client services team, instilling a client-first culture.
  • Partner with internal teams (Operations, Product, Compliance) to deliver seamless service and innovative solutions.
  • Conduct regular client business reviews, offering strategic insights and identifying opportunities for expansion.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of client services or relationship management experience in financial services, with at least 5 in leadership.
  • Strong understanding of clearing, custody, and brokerage operations.
  • Proven success building and growing institutional client relationships in a regulated environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to identify new opportunities within existing accounts.
