Job Description

The Head of Marketing builds compelling consumer brands and creates engaging digital content. You’ll execute 2 significant rebrands and 2 brand launches in 2025, building and improving high converting eCommerce marketing funnels.

Join Fio Companies to make a huge impact on a small, dynamic team. This position is full time, in person, at our office in Cool Springs (Franklin), reporting to the Chief Operations Officer and working closely with the eCommerce Merchandising Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• PAID SOCIAL CREATIVE: Build a flywheel to create captivating ad creative that fill our eCommerce sites with qualified traffic from Facebook, AppLovin, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and Snapchat. Work with our internal team and specialized contractors to produce world-class static and video ads. You'll test unique concepts and copy to find what works for each brand's target audience.
• PAID SEARCH & DISPLAY: You'll test new copy and ad creative in popular ad networks Google, Amazon, Wayfair, Adroll and Hivewyre. 
• INFLUENCER & AFFILIATES: Create strong influencer and affiliate relationships to engage our target audience in more organic settings with trusted voices. You’ll test unique influencer opportunities, hoping to avoid the standard (worn out) influencer playbook.
• BRAND PRESENCE: Work with the eCommerce Merchandising Manager to build outstanding websites, landing pages and wholesale catalogs that make customers think “oh my gosh, I love it all.” You’ll lead 2 significant re-brands and 2 new brand launches in 2025!
• NEW PRODUCT LAUNCHES: Work with the Product Manager to launch new products into our eCommerce sites and retailer network each month. We have an exciting product road map (40+ new products in 2025) that you will help bring to market!

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in eCommerce marketing for consumer brands or at an agency.
• Must be available to work in person (Cool Springs - Franklin, TN) 5 days per week.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual compensation range $125,000 - $150,000 including base salary and performance bonus.
