Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their talent needs and deliver results. Source candidates like a pro using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and your own creative magic. Manage multiple requisitions across various industries—you’ll never be bored, and you’ll always be learning. Who You Are: A recruiting powerhouse with 1-3+ years of experience in healthcare or high-volume recruiting (agency experience a plus!).
