A Hospice/Palliative Medicine Physician provides specialized outpatient consultative care focused on improving quality of life for patients with serious illnesses. This role is part of a multidisciplinary team collaborating with oncology, cardiology, and other healthcare providers in a leading teaching hospital. The position offers full-time, weekdays schedule with opportunities for teaching, professional development, and comprehensive benefits in Hartford, Connecticut.

Join Hartford HealthCare s highly respected Palliative Care team in Hartford, Connecticut at a nationally recognized 2024 Top Teaching Hospital by the Leapfrog Group. You will provide outpatient consultative services in collaboration with a robust group of inpatient and outpatient providers, including our Oncology and Cardiology teams.

Role: 100% Team-based, Outpatient Palliative Medicine

Location : Hartford Hospital, Hartford, CT

Schedule : Full-time, weekdays only. Ask about our flexible schedule options!

Teaching : Optional with faculty appointment

Phone Call : Infrequent phone call for work/life balance
