We are seeking to Immediately Hire a Pharmacy Technician who is reliable,Dependable Person with good communication skills and Working Experience in a Pharmacy with ability to Learn and adapt to become a part of our team. You will assist in the preparation of medications under the direction of a pharmacist, Scheduling and Prepare Deliveries that needs to go Out by the end of the day. This Position is for Full Time from Monday to Friday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM ( 40 Hours a Week ). Qualified candidates will get 4 Paid Sick days and 2 Weeks of Paid Vacation (6 Months from the start date) in a calendar year and bonus at the year end for Candidates with results driven performance. This JOB is for People with requirement to Pay their Bills or Debt where they will be rewarded for their Performance accordingly and will provide help in dire circumstances for the Individual who are Punctual and take their Work as a serious responsibility and NOT for Individuals Who want to work due to Pressure or need a Leisure time for fun. There's No Room for People Calling Out and Not Showing for Work with Various Excuses except for emergencies and as the Pharmacy is Closed on the Weekends and also on all Federal Holidays any Household Work or Medical Appointments can be Planned and scheduled well ahead for Weekends .

Responsibilities:

• Build effective relationships with health care providers and mainly customers with regular follow ups.
• Proper Messaging from the Pharmacy Mobile Numbers to New Customers and explain about Pharmacy Services.
• Answer questions regarding Pharmacy Services offered to the health care professionals or Office Managers.
• Knowledge in the prescription medications prescribed for the Chronic Disease States.
• Knowledge on the most commonly used Prescription Medications with ability to Identify Brand and generic.
• Comply with all the State and Federal Pharmacy laws and quality standards.
• Answering Customer Phone calls asking for refills and Process them accordingly if the refills are due for patients
• Process prescriptions using computer software and problem resolving for the rejections from Insurance Carriers
• Initiating and Follow Up on the Prior Authorizations needed for the customer's Medication by acting as a Liaison between Insurance and Health care Provider
• To be able to work as a part of team and respect other People.
• Follow the Instructions given by the Pharmacist . Making medications ready for Pharmacist's Verification for any new proscription's received or Refills requested by customers and Keeping Customers Informed all along the Process until the Medication is scheduled for the delivery or Pick Up.
• Monitor storage and inventory of medications as Needed.
• Able to work Independently by familiarizing with the Operations instead of Having or looking for Someone to give an Order.

​ Qualifications:

• Experience with Micro Merchant Prime Rx Pharmacy software is a plus.
• Knowledge of medication in differentiating Brand and Generic Medication.
• Previous experience of working in a pharmacy and establishing relationships with the Prescriber Offices.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills related to the rejection messages received after processing a prescription and act accordingly either to contact the Prescriber to switch the medication to an alternative in the Insurance formulary belonging to the same drug class or initiate the Prior authorization and follow up with the Prescriber
• Ability to find financial help for the patients with High copayments by enrolling them into Financial Assistance programs.
• Build a trustworthy relation with the Patient and the Prescriber
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Has to work with other pharmacy personnel respectfully and able to make decision independently without waiting for the orders
• It's not a busy pharmacy and will have more than enough time to help Plan your Schedule accordingly
• Strong attention to detail. Punctuality and Seriousness to the Job or Task assigned is must. Looking at the Smartphones every minute (or) Paying more attention to the Social Media rather than attending the Phone Calls or Walk In Customers is definitely a NO.

• Strong organizational skills and as you grow to a managerial Position, the salary is increased and compensated accordingly
