Job Description

We are hiring for our client in the biotechnology industry.

Duration: 10 months (extendable)

Shift: Monday to Friday: 2:30 pm to 11 pm

Top 3 Must-Haves

3–5 years hands-on experience with injection molding setup and processing
Experience with automation (Yushin, Harmo, Wittmann, Yeskawa, ATS, Waldorf)
Technical knowledge of machinery, mold design, and material processing

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong mechanical aptitude; must have own tools
Understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics
Knowledge of plastic processing and troubleshooting
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Basic math and computer skills
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Strong attention to detail, time management, and safety awareness
Team-oriented, self-motivated, adaptable communicator

Responsibilities

Set up molds and machines based on production schedule
Maintain standard cycle times and adjust process for quality and efficiency
Troubleshoot and resolve machine alarms and quality issues
Ensure products meet QA standards (weight, color, distribution)
Document process parameters and tooling issues
Maintain clean and safe working conditions
Communicate shift changes and technical updates effectively
