Job Title: Instructional Coach

Location: GPS Solutions
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000 annually

Job Overview:

GPS Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Instructional Coach to join our team. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in supporting and enhancing the instructional practices of our educators, particularly focusing on first year and new teachers. You will work closely with staff to implement effective teaching strategies, support At-Risk students, and contribute to the success of our MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) programming.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide coaching and mentoring to teachers, with a focus on first year and new educators.
• Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement instructional strategies that support student achievement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of MTSS programming to support At-Risk students.
• Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to improve instructional practices.
• Lead professional development sessions and workshops for teachers and staff.
• Support curriculum planning and instructional design efforts across the school.
• Work with school leadership to develop and implement school-wide instructional goals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three to five years of classroom instructional experience.
• Experience and expertise in working with first year and new teachers.
• Experience working with At-Risk students and MTSS programming.
• School administrative experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in school leadership, curriculum and/or instruction, literacy, or a related area.
