Insulation Installer

Starting Wage $20.00 to $30.00

About You:

• Previous insulation and/or carpentry experience highly desired.
• Must know basic hand tools.
• Must have a basic knowledge of reading a tape measure.
• Hard-working and goal-oriented.
• Reliable and always on time.
• Has ability to multi-task.
• Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment as required.
• Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 80lbs of product repetitively.
• Valid driver’s license.

Primary Objective :

Our Insulation Installers complete both new construction and retrofit projects.

• Load materials, tools, and equipment on the truck for each job.
• Install each job using company approved methods.
• Keeping a consistent pace to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Follow safety guidelines at all times.
• Unload the truck at the end of each day.

We insulate walls, attics, basements, crawl spaces, garages and even ice houses to improve energy efficiency and comfort. We also offer air sealing for every retrofit job.
