Responsibilities:


This opportunity is designed for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset and who have:

• A desire to build and grow their own successful agency
• A background in entrepreneurial growth
• The ability to work collaboratively with staff and learn from a mentor district manager/business coach
• Effective time-management skills and self-reliance to accomplish conversion goals
• Able to identify business opportunities and prioritize tasks; Effective leadership and management skills
• The ability to communicate the value of Farmers product offerings

Requirements


We are always on the lookout for individuals who are looking to take control of their future and if you're interested we would love to speak with you. There are a couple of things we need from you though.

• Sales, customer service or management experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• Desire to be active in your community
• Property, Casualty, Life, Accident and Health insurance licenses (or willing to obtain)
