Henry Insurance Service is a local, independent insurance agency with over 30 years of experience providing personalized service to our community. We offer a full range of insurance products, including commercial, personal lines, and life and health insurance.

Position: Insurance Producer/Salesperson

Compensation: Competitive commission rates for new business and renewals. A first-year income guarantee is provided to support your transition into the role.

Responsibilities:

• New Business Development: Identify, approach, and secure new clients across commercial, personal, and life and health insurance lines.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term client relationships by delivering tailored insurance solutions and exceptional service.
• Policy Review and Client Retention: Conduct regular policy reviews to ensure client needs are met and proactively address renewal opportunities.
• Market Expertise: Stay informed on insurance products, market trends, and industry updates to best serve your clients.
• Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies while maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience in insurance or a related industry preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with clients.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized to thrive in a commission-based environment.
• Ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor while collaborating effectively with the team.
• Valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one before starting.
