We are hiring an outgoing, detailed, customer-focused Design Specialist to guide our buyers through their selection of interior and exterior finishes. This position requires a unique skill set, supporting our sales team, leading our buyers through selections in our world class Design Studio, partnering on local marketing initiatives, & ensuring an amazing experience. Successful applicants have the ability to create an excellent customer experience from the time of sale through the home building process. This position is the intersection of design, sales, and marketing generating excitement for the customer and local office.
Outcomes: - KPI - Ensures the customer experience by maintaining consistent communication throughout the building process.
- KPI - Conducts design appointments no less than 45 days prior to breaking ground.
- KPI - Ensures all sales reporting is accurate by maintaining data entry.
- KPI - Tracks buyer journey through weekly posts
Competencies :
- 3-5 years customer service experience preferred.
- Be a strategic thinker and have strong problem-solving skills.
- Be a strong leader with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be goal-driven, a life-long learner, and possess a natural sense of urgency.
- High level of professionalism in both demeanor and appearance.
Salary: $42,000 base pay per year plus commission (total salary package average $85,000) Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range:
$55,000-$85,000 USD
