As a member of our Business Development Center (BDC) you will be assisting our Guests with finding the right vehicle and setting up appointments with our Sales Team in a call center environment.

Primary Duties include:

• Responding to internet vehicle inquiries quickly and effectively.
• Answering incoming sales calls.
• Scheduling a high number of appointments for our sales departments.
• Reaching out to new and existing customers with offers and incentives.
• Engaging in various prospecting activities.
• Helping Mills achieve its' goal of 100% guest satisfaction!
• Helping implement Mills' internet sales strategy
• Providing vehicle information, specifications, pictures, and personalized videos to prospective Guests.

Qualifications:

• Ability to be delightful and persuasive by phone or in-person
• Ability to secure a high percentage of appointments and handle objections
• Enjoy speaking on the phone and visiting with guests
• Strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Efficient in Microsoft Office, and high comfort learning various computer applications
• Very high reliability, and strong drive to achieve results
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
