As an established IT Service Provider / Managed Service Provider with clients both domestically and internationally, we specialize in providing top-notch network and computer support and IT consulting services to small and mid-size organizations.

Here's what you'll be doing!

• The primary focus of this position will be to learn and provide support of desktop and laptop systems, including break/fix service, operating system and application loading, application configurations and user settings, and desktop administrative duties.
• You’ll record, track, and escalate cases through our already established tracking system as well as help keep our documentation up to date and in tip-top shape.
• You’ll get to be part of our team of friendly and knowledgeable people working directly with our clients, both remotely and onsite.
• You will be able to coordinate projects and tasks seamlessly with our Service Delivery team members, as well as with our advanced technical team.
• This internship is based in-office, not remote or work from home.

Requirements

• Basics computer systems knowledge on Windows or Mac Platforms
• Planned career in the IT services industry
• Excellent time management skills
• Impressive verbal, written, and communications skills
• Ability to lift and carry computer components up to 50 pounds
• Familiarity with a Ticketing System is preferred, but not required
• Ability to commute daily to our office in Kirkland, WA. This internship is in-office, not work from home.
