About the Role:

As a Laundry Attendant at Ashland Springs Hotel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our laundry facilities, as well as ensuring that all linens and towels are washed, dried, and folded to our high standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be essential in ensuring that our guests have a positive experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting
• Knowledge of laundry equipment and procedures
• Ability to speak multiple languages

Responsibilities:

• Sort and wash all linens and towels according to established procedures
• Operate and maintain laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, and ironing machines
• Fold and organize all linens and towels for storage and distribution
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of laundry facilities
• Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to management

Skills:

As a Laundry Attendant, you will use your attention to detail and time management skills to ensure that all linens and towels are washed, dried, and folded to our high standards. You will also use your ability to work independently and as part of a team to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our laundry facilities. Your knowledge of laundry equipment and procedures, as well as your ability to speak multiple languages, will be beneficial in providing excellent service to our guests.
