Responsibilities

• Position Overview: As a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst, you will play a critical role in the company's financial operations by overseeing the financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting functions.

• You will collaborate closely with various departments and directors to ensure accurate financial data, insightful reporting, and effective budget management.

• Lead the preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and key performance indicators.

• Perform in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

• Collaborate with department heads to gather budget input, create budget proposals, and monitor budget performance throughout the fiscal year.

• Monitor and assess variances between actual financial results and budgeted figures, investigating discrepancies and providing recommendations for corrective actions.

• Participate in the development of financial strategies and initiatives to optimize the firm's financial performance and operational efficiency.

• Assist in the implementation and improvement of financial reporting systems, tools, and processes to enhance accuracy, timeliness, and transparency of financial data.

• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, statutory reporting standards, and internal policies.

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior finance team members, fostering professional growth and knowledge-sharing.
