Leasing Consultant Be the heart of our community. Leasing Agent (46846) role at Two Coast Living .

As a Leasing Consultant, youre the friendly face and trusted guide for every potential resident, walking them through the journey of finding their perfect home from the first hello to move-in day.

Responsibilities


  • Apartment Matchmaker Greet and assist future residents in finding the right apartment home and make the experience seamless, enjoyable, and stress-free.
  • Tour Guide with a Twist Showcase move-in-ready apartments with enthusiasm and charm.
  • Resident Cheerleader Build trust and rapport with current residents to foster a welcoming community.
  • Leasing Rockstar Collaborate with the team to hit leasing goals while maintaining superior customer service.
  • Renewal Expert Help current residents renew leases and emphasize long-term residency.


What We Offer
  • Competitive Pay + Commissions Earn $25 to $100 per lease, paid monthly.
  • Full-Time Flexibility Availability on busy days, including Fridays, Saturdays, and some Sundays/holidays.
  • Benefits Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan (auto-enrollment after 60 days).
  • Paid Time Off Vacation (40 hours in the first year) and sick leave per state requirements.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales understanding and ability to apply sales techniques.


Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred.
  • Previous property management experience with proven leasing or sales results.
  • Natural sales orientation and understanding of sales processes.


Physical Requirements
  • Work schedule includes peak traffic days (Fridays and Saturdays weekly; Sundays as needed; holidays during peak hours).
  • No travel required.
  • General office environment; ability to lift/move up to 10 pounds; ability to move about the property, sit/stand for extended periods, walk, and climb stairs in various weather conditions.
  • FLSA Status: Nonexempt.
