You’d be responsible for overseeing transactions from start to finish to ensure offers and counteroffers are approved for a smooth and successful sale. • Coordinate home inspections negotiate prices for necessary repairs, and make sure each repair is completed
• Help agents, customers, and other parties with all escrow paperwork, including appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
• Oversee all administrative tasks regarding home buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to close
• Arrange for and attend events regarding the closing process, including moving schedules
• Obtain seller’s approval for the buyer’s offers and counteroffers to ensure the transaction process goes as quickly as possible

Additional tasks will include:

• Ability to do CMA (Comparative Market Analysis)
• Input information to the MLS
• negotiations
• Must be currently licensed

• Candidates should be organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly
• Real estate license required (Washington State/must be active and current)
• Background in transaction coordination or experience in putting together transactions from contract to close as an agent
• Must have the ability to hold a firm line while still offering personable service
