Line Assembler

We're hiring dependable, detail-driven Line Assemblers to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. If you take pride in quality work, thrive in hands-on environments, and value safety and teamwork, this could be the perfect fit.

Starting Pay: $23.53/hour | Shift: 1st

Primary Responsibilities:

• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, routing sheets, and part lists (digital, written, or verbal)
• Assemble materials and components accurately according to daily production schedules
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment to build, test, and move parts and final assemblies
• Conduct visual and measurement-based inspections to ensure products meet quality standards
• Log quality checks and production data into electronic systems
• Promptly report equipment or process issues to supervisors
• Safely operate machinery and assistive devices, including cranes, tuggers, water jets, vacuum systems, and charging units
• Perform physical tasks like lifting, bending, twisting, and repetitive motion; may occasionally work at heights above 4 feet

Qualifications:

• Ability to understand and apply technical diagrams and instructions
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to product quality
• Physically able to perform repetitive, hands-on tasks for extended periods
• Team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Dedicated to keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Physical Demands:

• Stand for extended periods; perform consistent manual labor
• Comfortable using small tools and working with mechanical components
• Able to work in a noisy, high-activity manufacturing environment

Work Environment:

• Active production floor with exposure to machinery, dust, fumes, and noise
• Adherence to all company safety and environmental protocols is mandatory
