Lumber Estimator - Residential & Light Commercial

Join a respected industry leader specializing in structural framing packages for residential and light commercial projects. Were seeking an experienced Lumber Estimator with a strong background in detailed take-offs for framing lumber, sheathing, and related materials.What Youll Do:

Perform accurate material take-offs from architectural & structural drawings

Work with procurement to finalize costs and competitive bids

Coordinate with design, sales, and field teams for accuracy & delivery

Use estimating software (PlanSwift, Trade Tek, or similar)

Maintain organized records of estimates and bids

What You Bring:

3+ years estimating framing packages for residential or light commercial construction

Ability to read and interpret plans & drawings

Knowledge of wood construction methods and codes

Strong math, organization, and communication skills

Schedule & Benefits:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
