What will you be doing?
1. Operating and Programming Automated Equipment
• Operating and programming SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and Through-hole automated machines.
• Load programs, change feeders, and respond to machine errors.
2. Technical Understanding and Interpretation
• Read and interpret Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPIs), bills of material, customer drawings, and equipment manuals.
3. Equipment-Specific Knowledge
• Familiarity with specific tasks such as:
• Loading Dek programs and selecting correct squeegees.
• Performing squeegee height correction.
• Loading oven profiles and interpreting oven light tower signals.
• Operating board loaders and scanning systems.
4. Maintenance and Cleanliness
• Performing daily cleaning and basic maintenance of machines to ensure smooth operation.
