Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Machine Assembler to join their award-winning team. This is a full-time, first-shift position with steady hours, a collaborative environment, and optional overtime when available.
Key Responsibilities
Connect cables, tubes, and wiring according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams.
File, lap, and buff parts to fit using hand and power tools.
Inspect, test, and adjust completed units to ensure they meet all specifications and customer requirements.
Measure parts to determine tolerances using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, verniers).
Position, align, and adjust parts for proper fit and assembly.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
4–5 years of assembly or other mechanical experience.
Proficient with hand, air, and power tools.
Experience using precision measuring instruments.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple tasks under time constraints.
Self-starter with a strong work ethic and high energy level.
Basic computer skills required.
Ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
Schedule & Compensation
Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Overtime: Typically not required but available when needed.
Pay: $17–$20 per hour, based on experience.
