This company are looking for a Management Consultant – Network & Security to lead a talented team of engineers delivering cutting-edge network solutions across enterprise clients.

This is a project-focused, engineering leadership role — not operations — ideal for someone who can blend technical credibility with leadership and customer engagement.

🌐 What You’ll Do

  • Provide technical oversight and mentorship to a team of 2–6 senior network engineers.
  • Drive network and security project delivery , primarily focused on Cisco technologies (with some SD-WAN and firewall components).
  • Collaborate closely with enterprise clients, ensuring strong communication and solution alignment.
  • Stay connected to the tech — around 20% hands-on — guiding complex designs and stepping in when needed.
  • Partner with the Practice Director and other Managing Consultants to ensure excellence in project execution.

🧩 What You Bring

  • 5+ years’ experience in network engineering , ideally in a VAR or multi-client environment .
  • Deep expertise with Cisco networking solutions .

Bonus points for experience with:

  • SD-WAN (Cisco or Fortinet)
  • Firewalls (Cisco, FortiGate, Palo Alto) )
  • Automation and scripting.
  • Proven experience leading projects, mentoring engineers, or managing small technical teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-facing experience.
