Masters Level Social Work/Counselor Therapist

Pay Rate: $21.63 (unlicensed)

We are currently seeking dedicated and skilled Social Workers and Licensed Mental Health Counselors to join our growing team.

Job Opportunities throughout our Central Florida Integrated Care Continuum :

· Inpatient Acute, Detox, Residential Treatment, Office Based Medical Services, and Community Programs

Responsibilities :

• Provide direct care, counseling, and therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions to support clients in achieving their goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure appropriate discharge planning, treatment coordination, and referrals.
• Offer crisis intervention and support to individuals in acute distress.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation following organizational policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Completing program-specific assessments.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications :

• Masters degree in social work, psychology, mental health counseling, or related field from an accredited University/College.
• Demonstrated experience providing therapy or counseling in a behavioral health setting.
• Proficiency in conducting assessments, diagnosing mental health conditions, and developing treatment plans.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse populations.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
