Job Title: Mechanical Project Engineer/Designer
Job Location: Remote (All remote work must be performed within the United States.)
Job Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $75 - 120,000 (annually) with an employee benefits package and bonus opportunity.

General Job Description: Our client is looking for a Project Engineer to take the reins of refurbished and new projects supporting ice arenas and large retail locations! Expertise in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Design to lead and manage projects from design through construction is needed to be successful in this role. You will oversee project scope, deliverables, and resources and manage projects from schematic design to construction administration. Applied mechanical engineering knowledge is required to guide and contribute to projects. Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
6+ years of experience as a Project Engineer in mechanical engineering
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Revit, AutoCAD, and engineering software (e.g., TRACE 3D Plus, IESVE)
Knowledge of national, state, and local codes and industry standards (e.g., ASHRAE)
Strong planning, scheduling, and communication skills
EIT or EI certification, with a commitment to complete the PE exam
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
