The Medical Assistant supports the nursing team and primary care providers by performing both clinical and administrative tasks to deliver basic patient care, particularly for elderly participants in the PACE program. The position is full-time, based onsite, and emphasizes empowering elderly patients to maintain independence through comprehensive care services.

The Medical Assistant works collaboratively with the nursing team and primary care provider (PCP) to perform duties as directed to assist in providing basic patient care to assigned participants. Basic patient care needs will be met though both administrative and clinical duties. A MA is expected to perform in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulations.
