Job Description

The NetSuite Administrator will manage, maintain, and enhance the NetSuite platform. This role will focus on ensuring the system operates effectively and efficiently while supporting the technical needs of our business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a proactive mindset, and excellent problem-solving skills.

• System Administration: Manage and maintain the NetSuite platform, including system configuration, data integrity, and user access controls.
• Customization and Scripting: Develop and maintain custom scripts using SuiteScript to enhance system functionality, automate processes, and meet business requirements.
• Integration Management: Handle integrations with third-party systems and applications using SuiteTalk, REST APIs, or middleware solutions including familiarity with integration with e-commerce platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and Tiktok
• Workflow and Process Optimization: Create and update workflows, saved searches, and reports to improve operational efficiency.
• System Updates and Upgrades: Test and deploy new NetSuite features, modules, and upgrades while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Data Management: Oversee data imports, exports, and data integrity within the system.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, providing system support and troubleshooting for end-users.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and customizations.
• Collaboration & Training:
Partner with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and translate them into system solutions.
Provide training and technical support to users, ensuring they are equipped to utilize NetSuite effectively.
Act as the primary liaison between the company and NetSuite Support or external consultants.
