Salary: $23 - $24 Hour
Front Desk Coordinator - 2+ yrs exp, degree (preferred)
The Office / Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing all administrative aspects of the company's home office in San Diego (Sorrento Valley), CA, including specific support of the company President, Office Manager and In-house Counsel of the company headquarters office. Demonstrable accounting acumen and experience will be crucial to successful performance in this position. Other tasks will include vendor management, Procore management and communication with clients and other corporate partners. Shall display professionalism, organization and cooperation with customers and co-workers. Individual also works closely with Accounting, Estimating and Management staff.
