TITLE: Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Analyst - Senior

LOCATION: Honolulu, HI

OVERVIEW

Streamline Defense is seeking an Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Analyst at the Senior-level to support the USINDOPACOM Intelligence Directorate (J2), located in Honolulu, HI.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conducts all-source analytic production on sources and products of information available from public, private, and U.S. and foreign Government open source materials within established security protocols.
• Analyzes foreign and domestic-based publicly available information to identify trends, patterns, and relationships that provide unique insights to address defense intelligence requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

• Active TS/SCI security clearance. Must be willing to sit for CI polygraph, if required.
• Master's degree and 12 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree and 17 years of experience.
• Experience using current OSINT/PAI databases/tools, such as: Dataminr, Berber Hunter Tool Kit (Babel Street,Scraawl, Maltego, Open IO, Zignal, Echosec, SILO), TweetDeck, HootSuite, Hyperion, Google Dorking, Dark Web Systems, ANB or other similar link analysis/nodal development products.
• Experience researching, developing, and providing Research Support Plans (RSP).
• Familiarity with CCMD level planning / operations, collection management processes.
• Familiarity with functional webpages such as A-Space, R-Space, Q-Space, etc.
• Ability to develop project based schedules and milestones.
