Job Description
Operate an Order Picker to perform put-aways and pick rug orders using an RF scanner. Associates may be cross-trained to support multiple warehouse functions.

Primary Duties
Pull and process orders based on pick tickets.
Select items by number, size, color, quantity, and quality standards.
Ensure order accuracy at all times.
Stage completed orders for delivery.

Position Requirements
Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs; consistently lift 35 lbs.
Must have Order Picker / Cherry Picker experience.
Flexible availability — mandatory overtime may apply on weekdays and weekends.
5 panel drug screening (no THC) and background check required for this role
