Negative drug test results before driving under F2F Transport authority. No DUI convictions in a CMV and no DUI in non-CMV vehicles in the last 5 years. No license suspensions in the last 2 years, with exceptions for certain medical certifications. No serious at-fault accidents resulting in major damage or bodily injury within the last 2 years.
