Patent prosecution associate attorney with 3-6 years of law firm or industry experience in patent drafting and prosecution. Candidates should have an advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred), in biology, immunology, Organic Chemistry or similar. Experience with IP due diligence, FTO analysis, and portfolio management.
Qualifications:
USPTO registration.
3 years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution.
Excellent writing and oral communications skills.
