Direct Hire Patient Care Night Coordinator Role in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Clinical Magnet (part of ICON Medical) is looking to hire a Patient Care Night Coordinator - Operating Room to join our partners’ team in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area. This opportunity is within a large, prominent, highly rated hospital system!

This is a full-time, DIRECT HIRE opportunity! (not contract)

Responsibilities of the Patient Care Night Coordinator:
· Assist the nursing staff in providing high-quality and seamless care
· Manages the logistical and operational flow of patients through the operating room, coordinating with surgical teams, physicians, and patients to ensure efficient, safe, and timely care
· Optimizes OR schedules, facilitating communication, preparing patient documentation, ensuring necessary equipment and supplies are available, and acting as a resource for staff and patients during the perioperative journey.
· Evaluate and monitor patient needs and all staff schedules

Requirements for the Patient Care Night Coordinator:
· 3+ years of OR (Operating Room) nursing experience required
· Charge or supervisory experience preferred
· Knowledge and hands-on experience with patient evaluations and care recommendations
· Experience working in a large hospital is a bonus
· Current PA RN licensure
· Bachelor’s degree in nursing

Compensation, Benefits, Schedule for the Patient Care Night Coordinator:

· Schedule: Nights M-F, 7p-7a
