Job Description

Insight Global's healthcare client is seeking 2 PC Technicians to assist them on an upcoming project to help convert 3 multispecialty medical practices onto their network and domain to enable the use of their EHR system, Epic.

The primary role of the consultant is to deploy computing equipment in accordance with the end client's standards. This will involve configuring Windows desktops and IGEL/VDI machines mainly in Livingston, NJ at their corporate office. There will also be installation and delivery of equipment required to the 3 offices located in Elizabeth, Belleville and Union City. Other duties will be required as needed to complete system setups such as network patch cabling, peripheral installations, printer mappings, inventory management, etc.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ Years Technical Support Experience

Experience deploying computing equipment , including configuration of PC's, laptops and printers.

Basic knowledge of patch cabling, peripheral installations and printer mapping

Must be comfortable traveling to the three sites involved using their own personal vehicle: Elizabeth, Belleville and Union City.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Prior Healthcare Experience

Knowledge of Epic/EHR's
