Location: Madison, WI | Hospitality Group | Full-Time

This role involves comprehensive management of financial operations, real estate assets, and executive-level administrative support. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate, financial management, or C-suite executive assistance, and will demonstrate outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities within a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

How Youll Make An Impact:
You will be the hub of the spoke supporting a driven leader, connecting people and processes, keeping a wide variety of tasks and projects running smoothly, and supporting our company culture in action.
  • Own day-to-day functions: Manage complex scheduling, calendar, email, travel, and day-to-day communications.
  • Coordination : Coordinate personal and professional tasks with efficiency and precision. Process expense reporting and invoicing related to both business and personal matters.
  • Professionalism : Maintain confidentially and professionalism at all times.
  • Teamwork : Support corporate office events, be part of the broader administrative team and day-to-day moments that reflect the NCG spirit.
  • Communicate Like a Pro : Serve as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison and provide clear communications with attention to detail.
  • Thrive on Variety: Pitch in wherever needed, supporting department teams, solving problems, and elevating the everyday.
What you need to bring:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a personal or executive administrative assistant role supporting senior leadership.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in financial management.
  • Property management experience, including working with vendors and contractors.
  • Impeccable organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Skilled in coordinating complex travel itineraries.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Concur and project/task management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
