Job Description:
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Executive Personal Assistant to support our CEO. This is an opportunity for someone organized and eager to help streamline operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule Coordination: Maintain and manage the CEO’s daily calendar, including appointments and meetings.
• Communication Management: Respond to and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence.
• Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day tasks, paperwork, and follow-ups.
• Meeting Preparation: Organize agendas, prepare documents, and ensure action items are tracked.
• Registration: We have many registrations that need to be submitted on time and accurately.
• Special Projects: Assist with research, presentations, and other assignments as needed.
• Confidentiality: Maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism with sensitive information.
Nice-to-Have Skills: Fluency in Spanish

Compensation:
• Hourly Wage: $17 - $25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
