Job Title: Personal Trainer- Potential to become a Personal Training Manager

Location: Anytime Fitness Robinson, 5470 Campbell's Run Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15205

Position Type: Full-time/Part-time

Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Personal Trainer to join our team at Anytime Fitness Robinson. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness, a commitment to helping others, and the ability to inspire and motivate our members. As a Personal Trainer, you will design and implement personalized fitness programs, provide one-on-one training sessions, complete complimentary fitness consultations, and offer guidance on nutrition and overall wellness. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct fitness assessments and consultations with new and existing members.
• Develop personalized fitness programs tailored to each member’s goals, fitness level, and medical history.
• Provide one-on-one and small group training sessions.
• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure members perform exercises safely and effectively.
• Monitor and track members' progress, adjusting programs as needed to ensure continued improvement.
• Educate members on proper nutrition, healthy lifestyle choices, and overall wellness.
• Maintain a clean and safe workout environment.
• Promote personal training services to gym members and participate in promotional events.

Qualifications:

• Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through a nationally recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA).
• CPR/AED certification (required).
• Proven experience as a personal trainer or relevant role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales experience (Preferred)
• Ability to motivate and inspire members to achieve their fitness goals..
• Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
