Job Description
UHNWI needs an assistant to provide comprehensive, detail-oriented support to the Principal, ensuring seamless coordination of personal and professional responsibilities.
Proactive problem-solver with a high EQ and IQ, committed to a multi-year tenure, and eager to ensure the Principal’s day-to-day life runs effortlessly.
Calendar & Schedule Management ● Manage the Principal’s daily, weekly, and monthly calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and reminders.
● Ensure the Principal is prepared for all commitments, with timely briefings and necessary materials. ● Travel Coordination ● Book and manage all travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries.
● Anticipate potential disruptions and create contingency plans to ensure smooth travel experiences.
● Act as 24/7 ground support while the Principal travels, no matter the time zone.
Personal Support ● Handle various personal tasks such as shopping, managing household errands, and overseeing all returns.
● Organize and file important documents, contracts, and records for easy access. Meeting & Communication Support ● Record accurate and detailed meeting minutes and provide actionable summaries as needed
