Seeking an in house plumbing designer/detailer with 3-4 years of experience minimum
in overall plumbing. Position includes all aspects of a project’s design by interfacing with
project managers, architects and other trades throughout construction phases including
coordination during construction. Collaborate with our senior designer.

Skills:

• Represent the company as a design professional during project team design meetings.
• Maintain an understanding of all current plumbing system and technology,
  including current drafting/modeling products and best practices.
• Provide plumbing system layouts and engineering for projects to be utilized for
  prospective projects and secured jobs.
• Perform CAD drafting work including the 3D modeling and implementation of
  design standards.
• Responsible for Code Compliance and assistance with LEED. Certifications /
  Documentation.
• Prepare Cal-Green documentation.
• Update and keep the record of previous activities. Archive CAD / Revit files.

Job Requirements:

• 3 to 4 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems and project integration with other trade
  requirements.
• Computer proficiency – specifically, AutoCAD/ Revit
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects.
