Lead & Train Your Team - Mentor technicians and apprentices, ensuring they meet safety and plumbing codes.
Oversee Daily Operations - Review job tickets, coordinate with field technicians and estimators, and manage materials.
Ensure Quality & Efficiency - Conduct weekly site visits, provide technical guidance, and uphold high performance standards.
Be a Problem-Solver - Assist your team with troubleshooting, technical challenges, and on-the-job guidance.
On-Call Support - Be ready to respond to emergency service calls and step in when necessary.
Plumbing Field Supervisor to lead our talented team, mentor technicians, and ensure top-quality service for our clients.

What You Need to Succeed:
Extensive experience in commercial plumbing with strong troubleshooting skills

Availability for on-call responsibilities when needed
